If you're encountering any server errors, or the fields just reset to blank when attempting to log in, you may want to try deleting your temporary internet files. These are files that save Web site data for every site you visit and are not needed for anything.
Just follow the instructions below to delete your temporary internet files:
1. Click on the Windows Start button and search "run" in the Windows search box.
2. Click on the "Run" option when it comes up. Then, in the small box that pops up, type in "temp" (unless that already appears there).
3. Click "OK" to open. Then select all the files that come up in the "Temporary Internet Files" folder and delete them.
